Abuse Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Version 1.3 · Applies to every account on raptorbitai.com.
Sections
1. Scope and purpose
RaptorBit AI is a trading-intelligence workspace. The point of this Abuse Policy is to keep the environment safe, legal and fair for every user, every broker partner and every regulator we work with. If an account is being used to harm others or the integrity of the markets, we act.
2. What counts as abuse
- Using the platform or any associated signal, dashboard or audit output to harass, defame or threaten another person.
- Attempting to probe, scrape, degrade or exploit the service outside a formal bug-bounty engagement.
- Running trading patterns designed to manipulate price, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes or front-running.
- Using RaptorBit AI as a vector for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing or any other crime.
- Infringing intellectual property rights (see our DMCA Policy).
- Impersonating a RaptorBit AI employee, broker partner or regulator.
- Sharing another user’s account details or private trading data without consent.
- Running trading activity on behalf of a sanctioned individual or entity.
3. What is strictly prohibited
The following behaviours result in an immediate account suspension and, where legally required, a report to the appropriate authority:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to NCMEC and the local law-enforcement equivalent without delay.
- Credible threats of violence, including swatting attempts.
- Attempted deployment of malware, ransomware or credential-stealing tooling.
- Market-manipulation activity confirmed by our monitoring systems or notified by a regulator.
- Sharing CSAM, terrorism-glorifying content or recordings of real-world violence inside any support channel.
4. How to report abuse
Report abuse at [email protected]. Please include:
- The account identifier, URL or signal reference you believe is affected.
- A short description of the behaviour you observed.
- Any supporting screenshots, timestamps or audit IDs.
- Your preferred contact method for follow-up.
Reports can be submitted anonymously, but anonymous reports slow the investigation because we cannot ask clarifying questions.
5. How we review a report
An initial triage happens within 24 business hours. Low-complexity reports are typically closed within 72 business hours. Complex reports (market manipulation, cross-jurisdictional cases) may take up to 30 days. We maintain an internal register of every report, the action taken and the reviewer, which is available to regulators under lawful request.
6. Enforcement actions
Depending on severity, we may: issue a formal warning, require account-level 2FA re-enrolment, pause automated trading, temporarily suspend the account, close the account, or report the account to the relevant financial regulator or law-enforcement agency. We also reserve the right to withhold the 8% fee refund where the underlying activity breached these rules.
7. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was wrong, email [email protected] within 30 days. A second-level reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will respond within 20 business days. For legally mandated actions (sanctions listings, regulator-ordered suspensions), appeal rights are limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Working with regulators and law enforcement
We respond to lawful requests from EU, UK, Swiss and Canadian regulators and law enforcement. For requests from other jurisdictions we evaluate the legal basis case by case. Where legally permitted, we notify the affected user before disclosing their data.
9. Transparency reporting
We publish a yearly transparency report with aggregated statistics on abuse reports, enforcement actions, government requests and content takedowns. The report is linked from the footer of this site.
