1. Our commitment to copyright

RaptorBit AI respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects every user, author, researcher and partner to do the same. If you believe content on raptorbitai.com infringes a copyright you own or control, this page explains how to tell us.

2. Designated agent

Our designated DMCA agent is:

RaptorBit AI Research Labs — Legal Team
Attn: DMCA Agent
Email: [email protected]
Postal address: available on request to the above email

3. How to submit a takedown notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single site are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (please provide URLs).
  4. Contact information for the complainant: address, telephone number and email.
  5. A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

4. What we do after receiving a notice

On receipt of a valid notice we will: (i) remove or disable access to the material, (ii) take reasonable steps to notify the uploader, (iii) record the notice in our internal register, and (iv) consider the uploader’s counter-notice if one is submitted.

5. How to submit a counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed as a result of a mistake or mis-identification, you may submit a counter-notice to the DMCA agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which we may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of such person.

6. Repeat-infringer policy

We terminate accounts and partnerships of users and partners who are the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices, in accordance with our internal repeat-infringer policy.

7. False or abusive notices

Submitting a false or materially misleading DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability. Please be sure you own or control the right you are enforcing before submitting a notice.

8. Comparable rules outside the US

For takedown requests under the EU Copyright Directive, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, or similar legislation outside the United States, use the same email address and we will route the notice through the appropriate internal process. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional information may be required.
