    By visiting raptorbitai.com, creating a RaptorBit AI account, or using the RaptorBit AI workspace, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, close the site and do not use the service.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Eligibility & geographic scope<\/h2>\n

    You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally capable of entering a binding contract. RaptorBit AI is currently offered to residents of the European Economic Area and Canada. We do not offer the service to residents of the United States or any country sanctioned by the EU, UN, HM Treasury or OFAC. You confirm you are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person.<\/p>\n\n

    You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and secure your password and two-factor codes.
